Kellogg’s is a company of promise and possibilities with a commitment to their people and their well-being. Being passionate about the business, brand, and food is an important aspect shown across the design. Each enclosed space is branded around a cereal with that cereal also being the name of the space to help with wayfinding. Each space has its own color palette to embrace the cereal it is branded around. In the open meeting area, there is a mural of the cereal mascots to help inspire inspiration for new designs. There are multiple workspaces across the office to encourage flexibility and communication among employees. There are focus rooms available for employees who need to take a break from the open work environment and be in a private location. This office design promotes an environment where employees can push beyond boundaries and across borders to create inspiring new elements for the brand.
